Hardy perennial that thrives in cooler climates. Can take three weeks to germinate and requires light. Gently press seeds into light, loomy, warm soil and barely cover. Keep moist, warm and under light for good germination. Low growing and flowers are similar to daisies. Used in many natural herbal oils and salves. Arnica chamissonis, the Chamisso arnica, is a North American species of plants in the family Asteraceae. It is very similar to Arnica montana. Arnica chamissonis is native to North America and naturalized in parts of Europe.
