Description
Tomato Northern Lights #8023
60 days. Solanum lycopersicum Indeterminate We love this one, it is big 4 – 5″ and heavy (over 1/2lb). A vibrant yellow-orange beefsteak variety with a hint of red on the blossom end. Sweet, tangy flavour. Our customers love this in their CSA baskets.
Certified organic 30 seeds/pkt
Start seeds indoors 6-7 weeks before last frost. Soil temp needs to be between 25-35°C and tomato seedlings must be grown under good lights for 10 to 12 hours a day. Sow 1/4″ deep in a light soil mix; harden off & plant out 24 – 48″ apart, in rich soil, after all danger of frost is over. Tomatoes benefit from staking.
