Flower Lanceleaf Coreopsis
Coreopsis lanceolata
Perennial. Lanceleaf Coreopsis delivers bright yellow, cheery 1 ½ -2” blooms in it’s second year. It can grow up to 36” tall and is drought and heat tolerant. It’s minimal soil requirements means it requires very little care once planted. Lanceleaf Coreopsis has a preference for well-drained but nutrient poor soil, but will grow successfully in most soil and requires no fertilizer. Attractive to beneficial insects and pollinators. Surface sow seeds.

Cold stratify seeds for 30 days prior Start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost soil temp of 65 -70F degrees or direct seed by sprinkling on a lightly prepared bed. Surface sow as they require light to germinate in 7 to 15 days.

Because of these practices our seeds are well adapted and vigorous.
