Beans Taylor Dwarf Horticultural Cranberry #1024
(80+ days) Phaseolus vulgaris Creamy texture and nutty flavor that makes a delicious dried bean for cooking. Short plants average 15 – 18″ tall. This is a fairly new variety for us, we have grown it for the past few years and it does very well for us.

Planting Depth: 1″ Will germinate in: 7-10 Days. Likes sun or shade Legumes like well-drained soil rich in organic matter and a moderate amount of nutrients. Water lightly at planting, medium at flowering, and heavily throughout harvest time. Avoid overhead watering which can promote disease. Sow directly once soils have reached at least 65F, preferably after the last frost. Make small, successive plantings every 10 days for a continuous harvest. Bush beans will produce all of their fruit over a few weeks, then stop producing. Leave the pods on the plant until they have completely dried. Store dry, shelled beans in an airtight container.
