Flower Crego Mix China Aster #9047

Callistephus chinensis  Can be traced back to 1730 near Beijing and listed with Burpee seeds by 1880s. 12 – 30″ tall plants with 4” flowers in rose, white, pink, lavender, violet and fuchsia

Beautiful annual that blooms from late summer through early fall. Great for cut flowers and borders around gardens. Good plant for bees and other pollinators.

Flower Crego Mix China Aster #9047    Start indoors on the soil surface at 70—72F degrees soil temp, 6 to 8 weeks before last frost. Germination takes 8 to 10 days. Plant outdoors after risk of frost 7 to 10 inches apart. Easy to grow and low maintenance. Requires moderate moisture throughout the growing season and full sun to partial shade. Dead head periodically (remove spent blooms) to prolong blooming.
