Tomato Peacevine #8012
Solanum lycopersicum Determinate Tremendous producer of ¾” cherry tomatoes, borne on trusses. Most fruit is red with occasional orange/gold. Very delicious and high in Vitamin C. Peacevine earned its name from its high content of gamma amino butyric acid, an amino acid that acts as a calming body sedative. Has a sweet taste.
Certified organic 30+ seeds per packet
Start seeds indoors 6-7 weeks before last frost. Soil temp needs to be between 25-35°C and tomato grow seedlings under good lights for 10 to 12 hours a day. Sow 1/4″ deep in a light soil mix; harden off & plant out 24 – 48″ apart, in rich soil, after all danger of frost is over. Tomatoes benefit from staking.
