Valerian Root Tincture

Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and sedative. Very useful for pain, arthritis, sleep disturbances, and insomnia. A favorite for many. We use freshly-dug, late-autumn roots from certified organic 2-3 year old valerian plants grown right here on our farm. Like any herb used for medicinal purposes, research prior to using and stop taking if any unwanted side effects.
