Pepper Ausilo Thin-skinned Italian #4117
(70 days) Capsicum annuum An Italian heirloom dating back to the early 1900s with a heat range of moderate to hot. Good for canning and pickling. Medium to hot fruit start as light yellow and change color as they mature. Will grow to 5″ tapered length and set fruit over a long time. Prolific plants and run anywhere from 1000 to 15,000 scovilles.

Start peppers indoors 6 weeks before last frost date and grow under bright grow lights for 12 to 14 hrs per day. Soil must be 25 to 29C for good germination and it can take 10 to 21 days for seeds to germinate.Only transplant to the garden once night time temperatures are above 12C.
