Easy to grow. Seeds may be started indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frost or direct-sown when temperatures and the soil have warmed.Sow seed 1-2″ deep and thin to 3-4′ apart. Seeds can take 7 to 14 days to germinate and want soil temperature of 25 to 35 degrees Celsius. Squash like rich, loose, nutrient dense soil so add compost or fertilizer for good results.
