Eruca sativa (Baby 21 days full 30-40) Fast-growing, cool-season green. Mildly spicy, nutty flavor is unique and delicious! Continue to pick to keep it growing. Astro variety is heat-tolerant. Prefers a fertile, well-drained soil, full sun to part shade and cool conditions. Can over-winter in many locations. Well-adapted for growing in cool greenhouses and high tunnels for winter production. Direct seed 1/8" deep from early spring onward ½” spacing. Germination should take 5-7 days.
