Herb Cilantro Santo #4005
Coriandrum sativum fresh, fast-growing, easy green herb with a unique and distinctive flavor that inspires joy in the hearts of many! Used extensively in Thai, South American, Mexican, and Asian cooking and is wonderful in salads, salsa, spring rolls, and tabouli.

Direct sow after last frost with optimal soil temperature at 15 degrees Celsius, germination will take 6 to 10 days on average. Plant 1″ deep in rows and make consecutive plantings every 2 weeks for continued fresh supply. Can also be planted in the early fall in cold frames. To keep from bolting, avoid transplanting, hot conditions or too much moisture, or anything that puts stress on the plant.
